Cancellations
At Amanecer Luxury Yacht Charters, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while ensuring that we can continue to offer the highest quality service. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:
Standard Bookings
Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Departure:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
Cancellations Made Between 7 and 13 Days Before Departure:
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Departure:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund. However, guests may be offered the option to reschedule the trip for a later date, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
No-Show Policy
If guests fail to arrive at the designated departure time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the departure date may incur an additional fee.
Weather Conditions
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Amanecer Luxury Yacht Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. If we cancel the trip due to weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, Amanecer Luxury Yacht Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Group Bookings and Special Events
Group bookings and special events may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking or contact us for more details.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
