Cancel 14 or more days before departure for a full refund (minus a 5% administrative fee), or 7–13 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be possible. If we cancel due to weather, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
We depart from the marina in Cozumel, Mexico. We’ll send you the exact meeting point with detailed directions as soon as your booking is confirmed — it’s an easy taxi or car ride away.
Yes. We host cruise-ship visitors regularly and plan your departure around your ship’s schedule so you’re back at the pier with time to spare. Just include your ship name and port times in the message field.
Listed prices cover groups of 1–10 guests. The yacht accommodates up to 18 guests in total, with each additional guest beyond 10 priced at $50 USD. Children under 6 sail free.
Every charter is fully private and includes your licensed captain and crew, plus snorkel and fishing gear. Trips of 4 hours or more include freshly prepared snacks and a selection of drinks — cocktails, beer, soft drinks and bottled water — and trips of 5 hours or more add a light lunch of a local specialty dish.
